Our end-to-end timber frame service seamlessly integrates three core phases:

• Custom Architectural Design & Engineering: Our team works closely with you, your general contractor, or your independent architect to translate your vision into practical, buildable blueprints. We focus heavily on structural engineering integrity, historical aesthetic appeal, and raw material optimization. Depending entirely on your schedule and project complexity, the design phase can range from 3 months to over a year. For a standard 2,000-square-foot hybrid timber frame home, the design process typically spans 3 to 6 months.

• Precision Manufacturing & Craftsmanship: Once the design is finalized, our expert timber framing craftsmen take over in our dedicated facility. We utilize a blend of time-honored techniques, traditional mortise-and-tenon wood joinery, and modern precision CNC milling to shape, pre-fit, and prepare every timber component. While raw timber fabrication in our shop can take up to a month—and roughly 2 to 3 weeks for a 2,000-square-foot hybrid layout—we carefully manage our custom production schedule to ensure seamless delivery to your site.

• On-Site Raising & Installation: Finally, our professional timber fitting and installation team takes charge on your property. We ensure your structural timber frame package, trusses, and energy-efficient enclosure systems (like SIPs) are erected safely, efficiently, and precisely according to the approved engineering designs.
