As a general planning range, a fully finished custom timber frame home may range from approximately $300–$450+ per square foot, depending on design complexity, location, site conditions, material selections, and level of finish.

The Timbercraft portion of your project—including the custom timber frame and related package components—will vary based on the amount of timber framing, species, engineering, design complexity, and project requirements.
